Estate Planning Package

Assisting young families and single adults
plan for the future.

Estate Planning is for Everyone.

Life Happens. Plan Now.

Many people hear “estate plan” and think older generation, significant money, and property ownership.  This misconception is why we use the term life planning in place of estate planning.  Every adult – regardless of age or financial situation – should have at a minimum, a will and powers of attorney for health care and business affairs.

Leaving life up to chance is not a good plan.

We offer a comfortable environment to help make planning for the future calm and simple.

We're here for you.

We know.  It’s scary to think about what will happen if you become incapacitated or die.  An even scarier thought is thinking about what will happen if your wishes are unknown.  Who will care for your pets?  Make your medical decisions?

We’re here to make the process as easy as possible – by educating you and helping you complete the proper documents.

Your Life Planning Package May Include:

Last Will & Testament

You decide who receives your property and cares for your children at your death.

Medical Power of Attorney

You name someone to make medical decisions on your behalf should you become incapacitated.

Durable Power of Attorney

You name someone to act on your behalf regarding financial decisions.

Living Will

The Declaration of a Desire for a Natural Death (Living Will) allows you to direct your physicians regarding your end-of-life care.
