Special Education IEP Attorney

South Carolina Special Education Attorney

The goal is always open, cordial negotiations with your child’s school; however, sometimes taking legal action is the only option.

Making the decision to proceed with a due process complaint or state complaint should not be taken lightly. When properly litigating a Due Process complaint, the process is time consuming and emotionally draining.

Additionally, you, your child, and the school district will likely have a long relationship ahead. Our philosophy is to strive to keep the relationship cordial, with appropriate, negotiations. We believe strong advocacy is always more beneficial for your child.

Unfortunately, though, there may times when you are forced to take legal action against your child’s school district.  If you ever reach this point, we will be in your child’s corner, vigorously advocating for his educational rights.

Your child’s future comes first.  We are here to help protect his/her educational rights.
